    Science: We collected samples of soil. We used colanders and sieves to separate the soil. We identified what soil is made up of. We also learnt about different layers within soil.

    The festival of Holi

    In DT we have been learning how to sew cross stitch and appliqué.

    In English we took on the role of the Iron Man and answered questions from our peers in the voice of the character.

    In Maths we have been investigated volume and mass. We estimated and measured amounts.

    Today we had a visit from Prags Birk. Prags delivered a Hindiusm workshop where we learnt about what Hindu people believe and took part in some dancing. We recognised that others have different believes but we all have a mutual respect for each other.
