This term we have participated in a range of workshops including Kidz Fit and kickboxing. In Design Technology we have created a healthy 'stripy salad pot' and learned about the different food groups. We have also used the continuous provision to support our transition from Reception to Year 1. A range of resources have been used to learn 'actively', energising our brains to enable us to remember more.

We have also been learning about windmills and created our own versions. We then held a DT/Art exhibition to share our learning with our parents. Beech Class watched a performance of Cinderella in Space and enjoyed using sock puppets to energise the rocket. Elder Class invited us to come and see their 'Moving books' that they had created in DT.
