Little Daisies Pre-School
Welcome to Little Daisies Class Page!
Our teacher is Mrs Morley and our HLTA is Miss Taju.
We are supported in class by Mrs Patel and Mrs Ramzan.
We are incredibly proud of our inviting and stimulating Little Daisies Pre-School. We provide a wealth of opportunities for our pre-school children, through continuous provision, enhanced provision and child-led learning. We have also planned several exciting visitors over the year to support our curriculum.
This half-term the children will experience a range of planned activities and learning experiences, based on our theme of 'All About Me.' We look forward to getting to know your child and tailoring the curriculum to meet their needs and next steps.

Key Information:
- Please ensure all of your child's clothing is labelled.
- If possible, please send in some wellies and spare clothing, including socks and shoes.
- No earrings or jewellery are permitted due to health and safety.
- The children have access to the outdoors throughout the session, so please ensure they are dressed for the weather.
- We offer fruit, milk and water to the children in Key Worker groups. You do not need to send a water bottle into Pre-School.
- Please send in family photos that you are happy for us to put around the classroom. This will provide talking experiences as well as helping your child to feel comfortable.
- As well as all the exciting provision we have within the classroom, we will have dedicated whole class, group work and 1:1 learning, based around the prime and specific areas of the Early Years framework.
Reading:
We are very passionate about reading and the benefits it provides for children of all ages. We will change your child's reading book once a week. In Pre-School, the value of reading comes from enjoying spending time with your child, reading the book together. Parents can read the story and ask questions about the events and what can be seen in the pictures, with your child. Once your child has read the book a couple of times with you, encourage them to ("read") tell the story to you.
